1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by a Player on the hbowin platform, which is required to access betting and gaming services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, slot machine, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), or other gambling product offered by hbowin.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback rewards, or any other incentive offered by hbowin to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "IDR" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used for all transactions on the hbowin platform.
• "Platform" refers to the hbowin website (hbowin.cam), its mobile-optimized version, and any associated applications or services provided by hbowin.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and entertainment products offered by hbowin, including but not limited to sports betting (bandar bola online), live casino, slot games, togel, and other gambling activities.

2. Eligibility

By creating an account and using the Services provided by hbowin, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. hbowin strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are physically located in Indonesia at the time of accessing the Platform. hbowin services are designed specifically for the Indonesian market.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of hbowin complies with all local, regional, and national laws.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited or restricted by law. If you are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in your area, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organization.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from hbowin or any other gambling platform for fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or any other reason.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Creating an Account

To access the full range of Services on hbowin, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. During registration, you will be required to provide:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification)
• A valid email address
• A secure password (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters)
• Your date of birth (to verify 21+ age eligibility)
• Your preferred bank account or e-wallet details for deposits and withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or other supported payment methods)
• Your Indonesian phone number for account verification and security purposes

You agree that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform will be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. hbowin reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other online platform
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by hbowin for enhanced account security
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent hbowin
• Immediately notify hbowin Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

hbowin will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any communication channel other than the secure login page. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on hbowin. Creating multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If hbowin detects multiple accounts registered under the same identity, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or household address, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all associated Accounts
• Void all pending bets and cancel any winnings derived from duplicate Accounts
• Confiscate any bonus funds or promotional credits claimed across multiple Accounts
• Withhold any remaining balance pending investigation

If you have forgotten your Account credentials or believe you may have inadvertently created a duplicate Account in the past, contact hbowin Customer Support immediately rather than creating a new Account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

hbowin accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods:

• Indonesian Banks: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account balance in real-time. hbowin does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (funds deposited from an account belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending identity verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

hbowin processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and Indonesian public holidays. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard Members (Silver Tier): Withdrawals processed within 3 minutes
• Gold VIP Members: Withdrawals processed within 5 minutes with priority queue placement
• Diamond VIP Members: Withdrawals processed within 2 minutes with highest priority placement

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though hbowin reserves the right to process unusually large withdrawals (above Rp 100.000.000) in multiple installments for security and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account name used for deposits. If you wish to change your registered withdrawal method, you must contact Customer Support and provide identity verification documents. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering, fraud, and unauthorized account access.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and our commitment to responsible gaming, hbowin reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for:

• Withdrawals exceeding Rp 5.000.000 in a single transaction
• Cumulative withdrawals exceeding Rp 25.000.000 within a 30-day period
• Any withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected
• Accounts flagged by our automated security systems for unusual betting patterns

Acceptable identity verification documents include:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian national identity card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of bank account ownership (bank statement or mobile banking screenshot showing account holder name and account number)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document and a handwritten note stating "hbowin" and the current date

Verification documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Submissions of forged, edited, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate and permanent Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

hbowin offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet caps. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms published on the Platform at the time of the promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30× wagering requirement" means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus value before you can withdraw).

• Only real-money bets placed after receiving the bonus count toward the wagering requirement.
• Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack, baccarat, and roulette may contribute 10–20% or be excluded entirely.
• Bonuses expire after a set period (typically 30 days). Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

hbowin strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profits (collusion)
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to clear wagering requirements
• Placing opposite bets on the same event (hedging) to clear bonus wagering with minimal risk
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage

Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their Account may be permanently suspended.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on hbowin are subject to the following general rules. Specific sports, casino games, and togel draws may have additional rules detailed in the respective game information pages.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered valid until it has been confirmed by the hbowin system and appears in your Account's bet history. Technical errors, communication failures, or server delays may result in bets not being accepted. If a bet is not confirmed, it will not be settled, and no payout will be issued.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Voiding

hbowin reserves the right to void any bet if:

• The bet was placed after the event had already started or the outcome was already known (late bets)
• The bet was accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error
• The event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled and not rescheduled within 48 hours
• There is evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corruption affecting the event
• The Player is found to have insider knowledge or access to non-public information that influenced the bet

In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your Account balance. No winnings will be paid.

6.3 Results and Settlement

All betting results are determined based on official sources (league governing bodies, sports federations, game providers, etc.). hbowin's decision on the settlement of bets is final and binding. Settlement times vary by sport and event type:

• Football: Bets are typically settled within 5 minutes of the final whistle.
• Live Casino: Bets are settled immediately upon conclusion of the game round.
• Slots: Wins are credited instantly.
• Togel (Lottery): Results are settled based on official draw results published by the respective lottery authority.

7. Responsible Gaming

hbowin is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. We encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and recognize the signs of problem gambling.

7.1 Self-Assessment

Ask yourself the following questions to assess whether your gambling is under control:

• Do you gamble to escape problems or relieve feelings of stress, anxiety, or depression?
• Have you lied to family or friends about the amount of time or money you spend gambling?
• Have you borrowed money, sold possessions, or used funds meant for other purposes to gamble?

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbowin Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension and may lead to permanent termination:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information during registration, using stolen payment methods, identity theft, or any form of fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using hbowin to launder proceeds from illegal activity or to disguise the source of funds.
• Collusion and Match-Fixing: Working with other Players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your Account, or using another person's Account.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating chargebacks or disputes with payment providers without first contacting hbowin Customer Support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in Account termination and potential legal action.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at hbowin staff or other Players.

hbowin reserves the right to withhold funds, void bets, and report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hbowin and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from technical errors, downtime, server failures, or network disruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Third-party actions, including but not limited to payment processor failures, bank delays, or issues with external game providers.
• Legal consequences arising from your breach of applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

hbowin provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform at all times.

10. Account Termination and Closure

10.1 Termination by the Player

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting hbowin Customer Support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your Account. hbowin will process your final withdrawal in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Once your Account is closed, you will no longer have access to the Platform or any historical Account data.

10.2 Termination by hbowin

hbowin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal conduct.
• You fail to provide requested identity verification documents within 30 days of the request.
• Your Account remains dormant (no login or betting activity) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Upon termination, hbowin reserves the right to withhold any remaining Account balance pending investigation and to deduct any amounts owed to hbowin (including but not limited to bonus abuse recoveries, chargebacks, or unpaid fees).

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hbowin is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any Services provided by hbowin shall be resolved as follows:

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact hbowin Customer Support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

11.2 Binding Arbitration

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in hbowin's operating license. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against hbowin.
